After Naomi’s baby tooth came out, it was Ichi’s turn. But his tooth decided to come out in an inconvenient place – on the plane. When Naomi’s tooth came out during our visit to Japan, her grandma gave her a coin instead of the Tooth Fairy. But when Ichi’s tooth came out while flying over the Pacific Ocean, who’d give him a coin?
