Delivery​

UK postage: Everything will be sent by Royal Mail in the UK within 3 days of purchase. Tracking is not available as standard and must be purchased as an upgrade if you wish to receive a tracking number for your order. ** Free UK delivery on orders over £30 **

International postage: I use Royal Mail International Tracked service, which takes 1-2 weeks for delivery.

⚠️ Customs Charges ⚠️
Please note that customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. Unfortunately, I cannot control customs charges, as these are imposed by the destination country and applied once the parcel arrives.
 

If your parcel incurs customs charges, it is your responsibility, as the recipient, to cover these fees. All orders outside of the UK must be marked with the accurate value of the enclosed items according to legal requirements.

If customs charges aren’t paid and the item returns to me, you’ll need to cover international postage if you’d like me to resend it.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you are very happy with any purchase you make from my shop. However, If you do wish to return your item I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping if the item is returned in its original condition. If you do decide to return your item please notify me within 14 days of delivery and return it within 30 days of receiving your order. I will refund your money once I have received the item, in its original condition.

*Please note that personalised items can’t be returned.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you wish for your items to be sent by a different method please contact me before purchase so that I can investigate costs to your location and charge accordingly.

I take very great care when packing items to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition, no matter how far they have to travel.

In the unlikely event the parcel does go missing, I will make a claim against the Post Office once the stipulated time frame has passed, and a refund or replacement would be offered at this time. Parcels sent within the UK aren’t considered lost until 15 working days have passed, so please give time for your item to arrive.

I will always keep proof of postage and tracking numbers when upgraded postage been purchased.

PRINTS
All my prints are printed on museum quality archival, acid free paper using archival pigment ink. Please hang out of direct sunlight, to ensure your print lasts for many years.
