Delivery​

UK Shipping 

  • Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail in the UK within 3 days of purchase.
  • Tracking is not included as standard but can be purchased as an upgrade if you’d like a tracking number.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £30.


International Shipping 

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service.
  • Estimated delivery times: 1-2 weeks.

Customs policies and import duties vary by country, and I have no control over these charges. Any customs fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
 

All international orders must be marked with the accurate item value as required by law.

If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to me, you will need to cover international postage for it to be resent.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you are very happy with any purchase you make from my shop. However, If you wish to return an item, I will refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping) as long as it is returned in its original condition.

If you decide to return your item, please:

  • Notify me within 14 days of delivery
  • Return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.

A refund will be issued once I have received the item in its original condition.

Important Information:
  • Personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
 
I am based in Consett, County Durham, UK. If you have any questions about returning an item, feel free to contact us.
 

If you wish for your items to be sent by a different method please contact me before purchase so that I can investigate costs to your location and charge accordingly.

I take great care when packing items to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition, no matter how far they have to travel.

In the unlikely event the parcel goes missing, I will file a claim with the Post Office once the required waiting period has passed. At that time, a refund or replacement will be offered. For UK deliveries, a parcel is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed. Please allow sufficient time for delivery. 

I always keep proof of postage and tracking numbers when upgraded shipping has been purchased.

PRINTS
All my prints are printed on museum-quality, archival, acid-free paper using archival pigment ink for long-lasting vibrancy. To preserve your print for years to come, please keep it out of direct sunlight.
